Size

We groom dogs that are under 30lbs. Size is important to consider with a small work environment. If your pet is over the weight limit we will gladly recommend other mobile groomers to you that may be able to help. We provide nail trim services to dogs of all shapes and sizes.

ALL-INCLUSIVE GROOMING PACKAGE

An all-inclusive groom includes a soothing shampoo, moisturizing conditioner, hand blow dry, brush & comb out, nail trim & filing, ear cleaning, haircut, and we come to you! If you request a specific shampoo/conditioner let us know! We have many to choose from. If not, we carefully choose based on the hair and condition of the coat.

NAIL TRIMS

Nail trims are $20 per pet + a $10 travel fee.

FEES

All-inclusive grooming packages start at $95. Send us a message to get a personalized estimate for your pet! Cash or check only. If your pet is matted the price can increase up to $20+ depending on the condition. Matting occurs from lack of regular brushing and combing. Working with matted dogs is very tricky and sensitive. Matts pull at the skin and cause discomfort when you pull on them. Sometimes the matts can be brushed out. Although in many situations it’s safest and only possible to shave the matted areas with a special blade. Either way, the process requires more time and care. Therefore, we have to charge accordingly.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

We need a 48 hour notice of cancelling appointments or a $35 fee is charged. We cannot reschedule the appointment until the fee is paid. This policy excludes emergency situations. If we arrive at an appointment and are unable to groom the dog because the owner isn’t present or hasn’t given the groomer permission to take the animal from the home, there’s a $35 fee. To avoid this from happening we send reminder messages out.
